Venu Myneni, 37, is serving as the President and CEO of Radiant from 1995. Venu Previously worked as an engineer, marketing executive and programmer with various organizations for about 11 years.

He received a Masters in Engineering from City College of New York (CUNY), New York and Bachelors in Engineering from Andhra University, India.

Vinod Koduru, 33, is serving as the Vice-President and COO from 1995. Vinod previously worked as a Designer and Programmer with various organizations for about 6 years.

He received a Masters in Computer Sciences from New York Institute of Technology, New York and Bachelors in Engineering from Bangalore University, India.
